In the case that moulds and tools are used beyond their limit of wear and tear, the Customer shall bear the costs of the new moulds and tools to be acquired by us, up to the amount of the originally agreed cost contribution for the worn part. Should the limit of wear and tear be reached prior to reaching an output quantity individually guaranteed, or if the Customer proves that the wear and tear is due to a fault of the mould or tool, or an operating error by us, then we will bear the full cost of replacement. The above provisions shall apply accordingly to the moulds and tools acquired as replacement.
