Soxhlet/Dean Stark Apparatus This apparatus combines two analytical techniques, Soxhlet extraction and Dean-Stark azeotropic distillation, into a single process for the removal of water, chlorinated dibenzo-p-dioxins (CCDs) and chlorinated dibenzofurans (CDFs) from wet particulate samples.
