Valita Titer Assay High-throughput quantification of antibody titer. The Valita Titer assay is a rapid and easy method to determine IgG titer and can be integrated into a Biomek i-Series workstation for automation. • Takes less tha n 15 minutes • Available in 96- and 384-well plates • Automation friendly • Straight from culture to plates and results • Simple assay, just add, mix and measure in a microplate reader compatible with fluorescence polarization • Two detection ranges available: 2.5 – 100 mg/L or 100-2000 mg/L
