Easy Calibration Technique 1. Before Calibration, hold the Pipette at a 90 degree Angle, Aspirate the Solution(Distilled Water) to a depth of 3 to 4mm, and then Completely expel at least 3 times. 2. Set the Pipette to 50% of its Maximum Capacity. After Completely Aspirating the Solution, Measure on an Analytical Balance 5 times and Calculate the Average Value. 3. Engage the Calibration Tool, set the Volume of the Pipette to the Calculated average Value, and Remove the Calibration Tool. 4. Set the Volume of the Pipette back 50% of its Maximum Capacity, Repeat 5 times to ensure the the Calibrated Volume is within Acceptable Limits. 5. If it is out of Tolerance, Repeat the above Procedure again.
